Ingredients
- 500g Boneless Chicken (Thigh meat recommended)
- 1/2 pc Chilli Padi
- 100g Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Marmite
- 1 tsp Prawn Paste
- 2 tbsps Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Chicken Stock
- 1/2 cup Water
